How can we make dog support services accessible and engaging for adopters, in order to reduce post-adoption return rates?

How might we enhance the Duolingo learning experience for current language learners, helping them improve conversational skills while gaining deeper cultural understanding, and ultimately boosting their overall language confidence?

Impact & Reflection

The major challenge our team faced lies in the problem space and design intervention stages. It was important for the team to find a solid client with an opportunity that can be improved with user experience design.

Overall, this has been a rewarding project that I am proud to display individual and team growth. I am thankful for all the people who made this project possible, including my team members, teaching staff, and user testing participants. What I take away from this three-month experience is the importance of communication - the ability to communicate between team members, the ability to communicate with outside designers, and the ability to communicate with your audience.
